STORE POLICY

Juniper allows returns. If you would like to return for a refund or exchange your item, message us using the chat in the bottom right corner. Final Sale items are only available for exchange, including all seasonal items and Costumes. You will pay for the return/Exchange label, if you chose to exchange we will ship the new item to you free of cost. 

Juniper IS NOT responsible for any lost packages or packages that have been stolen. Please contact your local post office regarding any shipping issues along with tracking issues. 

If an item shows as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier regarding the order. Once the order leaves our hands, we cannot control the shipping. Along with the item not being delivered due to one minor mistake when typing in ur address. 

We are also not responsible for any packages that have been returned to us due to the customer putting in the incorrect address. If the package does get sent back to me you will be responsible to pay shipping agin and I will not refund your order or keep the items. Please make sure that you put in the correct address before purchasing.
